Sound Meditation is a collection of relaxing and rejuvenating sound meditations to help you sleep better, stress less, and achieve a more positive and productive mood. No meditation experience is required. In Scarlett’s Calm Down meditation, you will quickly reset and reclaim your peace when you’re feeling stressed, angry, or anxious. Headphones are recommended for an optimal experience.
FIRE AND FLOW is a 4-week program designed to bring more balance and joy into your life while helping you get in great shape. For just 25–30 minutes a day, six days a week, you’ll alternate between Jericho’s intense FIRE workouts and Elise’s stress-reducing FLOW sessions.
