This 5-days-a-week, 6-week program is built around the simple, precise, and effective principles of boxing — without the impact. Joel leads you through 3 days of boxing training and 2 days of strength-building workouts with weights that will help you get a true, full-body transformation. You won’t be hitting a heavy bag or sparring partner. Instead,  you’ll be shadowboxing.


#MBF MUSCLE BURNS FAT is a beginner program that features simple, easy-to-follow moves and 25- to 35-minute workouts. With simple moves you’ll learn quickly, you can let the tempo set your pace and drive your intensity for a total-body burn that will get you sweaty and spent. You’ll have fun and work hard, with Megan and the cast giving you all the encouragement you need to get you across the finish line.

Barre Blend

BARRE BLEND is the perfect fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training, designed to help you burn fat and create a lean, toned physique. The workouts are 30–40 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 60 days. Elise leads you through each workout in real-time, which makes you feel like you’re in a high-end barre studio. You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. It’s meant to be challenging, but as Elise says, you have to defy your limits if you want to define your body.

Pre & Post Natal Barre Blend
