About

Hi! My name is Brianna!

I’m 28 years old. I’m a born-again Christian. I’m grateful to be a wife and mother of two fun and exciting little people, Gracelynn Marie and Elijah Eagle-wing. When I’m not working as a wellness coach and geeking out about the mind-body connection, I’m making a difference at a therapeutic treatment center for teen girls with obesity. In my free time, I enjoy going on outings with my family, meeting a friend for brunch, and catching a nap.

I’m currently reading…

Mind/Body Health: The Effects of Attitudes, Emotions, and Relationships (Yes, I’m a non-fiction gal.)

If I could describe myself in a few words: I’m an INFJ. I’m a quiet, passionate, and organized person. I like purpose to everything!

And because credentials are essential, here they are:

  • Grand Canyon University – Bachelor’s in Christian Studies
  • Grand Canyon University – Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness
  • Precision Nutrition – Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach
  • NBM – Certified Personal Trainer

Coaching spoke to me in a way that resonated with me.

2018 was the birth of motherhood and a purpose I didn’t know I had. While home and navigating what it meant to be a new mom, I lost who I was. For years I struggled with the impact I wanted to make “out there” and where I was.

Becoming a mom opened new fears and showed excessive light on insecurities. Despite my internal struggles, I felt a more profound desire to change my thinking about being home and trusting God’s plans for my life regardless of where it takes me. Navigating my own journey inspired me to become a coach.

So, I put my hands and heart to work, and I didn’t think to look back. The life I gained (the encouragement, the positivity, the healthy eating, the workouts, and the community) was much more than I expected. I know what I have in my hands is a gift that we all want and need.

My approach to coaching wellness is relational.

Wellness is personal. Not one person’s journey will look the same. I provide my clients with a personalized approach that is both quality and reasonable.

Before entering a coaching relationship, clients and I discuss goals and the duration of our professional relationship.

Coaching sessions are made to fit each client’s lifestyle, utilizing audio messages and texts throughout the week in place of long coaching sessions. Phone calls are optional.

Every decision will include the client’s beliefs, preferences, and needs. As their wellness coach, I guide them on their path to wellness. Ready to chat?
